These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between 8no777 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, or participates in any activity offered through the 8no777 website (hereinafter "the User", "Player", or "you"). These Terms are legally binding. By creating an account with 8no777, you enter into a contractual agreement with the Platform and accept all Terms set out in this document in their entirety.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 8no777 website, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account with 8no777 and is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the unique, personalised profile created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access Platform services, manage funds, and participate in games.
• "PKR Balance" means the real-money funds denominated in Pakistani Rupees held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 8no777 prior to processing withdrawal requests.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2. You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

These Terms are supplemented by the 8no777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the main Terms and supplementary policies, the main Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with 8no777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of 8no777 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling block list at the time of registration.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must hold a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identification document for KYC verification purposes.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to verify that accessing the 8no777 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that such access is lawful.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active 8no777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8no777 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Upon detection of any duplicate account:

• All associated accounts will be permanently suspended without prior notice;
• All Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds across all accounts will be forfeited;
• Remaining real-money PKR Balances may be returned at 8no777's sole discretion following a review of all account activity.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly should it change. 8no777 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain current registration information, including the inability to deliver OTP messages or account recovery communications to an outdated mobile number.

4.3 Account Credentials

Your 8no777 login credentials — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and confidential. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 8no777 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not such activities were authorised by you.

If you suspect that your 8no777 Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact the 8no777 support team immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8no777 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. KYC verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request.

5.1 Required Documents

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), both front and back;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address;

5.2 Verification Timeline

6. Deposits

8no777 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• 8no777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees; these are the Player's responsibility.

6.2 Failed or Delayed Deposits

If a deposit has been deducted from your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account but has not been credited to your 8no777 Account within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact the 8no777 support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. 8no777 will investigate and rectify confirmed deposit failures within twenty-four (24) hours.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money PKR Balances from a Player's 8no777 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Player has submitted a formal payment method change request and this has been approved by the 8no777 finance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 unless otherwise specified.
• 8no777 targets a withdrawal processing time of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts during normal operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are triggered.
• 8no777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not wagered at least once are subject to a processing review at 8no777's discretion, to prevent the use of the platform for money laundering or payment processing purposes.

8. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

8no777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as specific bonus terms disclosed at the point each offer is presented.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are offered for entertainment purposes only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific bonus states otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement at 8no777 is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is fulfilled.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% for live dealer games. Full contribution rates are disclosed in individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period after which unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Validity periods are stated in individual offer terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements at minimal risk, or any coordinated bonus abuse with other Players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8no777 reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and permanently suspend all associated accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

9. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 8no777 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited on a regular schedule. Game outcomes are entirely random and 8no777 has no ability to influence the outcome of any game in favour of or against any individual Player.
• In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or interrupted internet connection during gameplay, any bet placed during the malfunction is void and the relevant wager amount is returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual Player's short-term results.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed and an acceptance reference number is issued. 8no777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds resulting from a clear technical error.
• 8no777 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any game or market and to apply reduced maximum limits to bonus play.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8no777 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or collusive means;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Accessing the Platform through an anonymising proxy, VPN, or similar tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions;
• Facilitating the use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 8no777 staff or other Players.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8no777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 8no777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 8no777 platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the 8no777 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any 8no777 content or software.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8no777 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which by their nature involve risk and are not guaranteed;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or scheduled maintenance;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

In any event, the total liability of 8no777 to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

8no777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the Player's own request for responsible gaming purposes;
• Where continued operation of the Account would constitute a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform;
• Where the Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon permanent Account closure, any remaining verified real-money PKR Balance — after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities and applicable administrative fees for dormant accounts where relevant — will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

14. Responsible Gaming

8no777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be entertaining — it should never be regarded as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties. • Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend gambling activity for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours up to a maximum of thirty (30) days. Effective immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your 8no777 Account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period and takes effect immediately. Requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period regardless of circumstances.

The minimum age to participate in any gambling activity on the 8no777 platform is 21 years. 8no777 employs age verification measures at registration and during the KYC process. 15. Privacy

The Privacy Policy sets out your data subject rights, how to exercise them, and the legal bases under which 8no777 processes your data.

8no777 may share your data with third-party payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank), identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities — in each case only to the extent necessary and as permitted by applicable law. 8no777 will never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

16. Amendments to These Terms

8no777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where applicable, via email to the registered address on file. The revised Terms will carry a new effective date visible at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 8no777 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the revision.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated pursuant to its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 8no777 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

As a first step, all complaints should be submitted in writing to the 8no777 customer support team. 8no777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a Player remains unsatisfied with the resolution provided, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as detailed in the Operator's license documentation.
